Shreeji Scan boasts off with a state of the art refurbishing center at Vadodara, which we call TRC (Testing-cum-refurbishing center). The activities performed at the TRC are as described.

Machine is unloaded from the logistics vehicle via professional services.

All the boxes are unpacked.

A note of every equipment and individual part is made by the service executive.

Each imported machine is given a specific code by Shreeji Scan. Throughout the whole refurbishing cycle of the machine, the code is used to track the status. This also helps us in maintaining an inventory database indicating status of each part.

The machine is cabled properly and after checking proper power conditions, it is powered on under the presence of Service Manager.

We replace worn components as required such as display CRT, collimator filter, drive motor brushes, etc.

Service slip rings and brush blocks. We also replace them if needed.

Perform pre-stage scans to determine starting condition of unit.

Run all final quality assurance testing according to Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications.

All checklists are completed. System is calibrated, Q/A images are done.

The system is de-installed and made ready for painting.

The system is given a fresh coat of Industrial Grade paint. Painting will remove all the scratches or damages to the system that might have been done during transport. Painting highly improves the aesthetic value of the machine

Panels and covers are assembled and checked for fit and finish.

Packing work starts thereafter. All accessories are identified and boxed.

Shrink wrapping is done over the machine wherein utmost care is taken that damage does not occur during transport to the customer's site. Thereafter, wooden packing of each accessory is done.

Checklist is completed and signed, database is checked and updated. The Service Manager signs off the checklist and machine is ready for delivery.
