We maintain an exhaustive inventory at our TRC which includes X-ray Tubes, PCBs and accessories. These spares are also refurbished parts which act as a backup for our existing installations. During any breakdown call, the engineer informs about the suspected part failure. Thereafter, the rescue spare part is tested on the same machine at our TRC. On its working approval from the service manager, it is shipped to the customer. We try to ship the part same day or even night when the engineer has reported the problem.
